By using Srahah ("App", "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

Srahah is an app that allows users to receive anonymous messages through a personal link that can be shared. Senders remain anonymous and their identity is never revealed.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
• By using the app, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Usernames must be 3–20 characters (lowercase letters and numbers only)
• You may not impersonate other people or entities
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings

5. Content Moderation & Penalties

• All messages are automatically screened before delivery
• Violating messages are automatically deleted
• Repeated violations (5 violations) result in a permanent device ban
• We reserve the right to ban any user who violates these terms
• All user reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Objectionable content is removed immediately and the offending user is banned from the service

6. Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for content sent by users
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability
• Senders are legally responsible for their message content

7. Srahah Plus (Subscription)

• Srahah Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks every hint, extra styles and games, and removes ads
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Canceling stops the next renewal; Plus stays active until the end of the paid period
• If you start a free trial, it turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then
• Purchases are also subject to Apple's standard license agreement: Apple Standard EULA

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the app and the "Srahah" / "صراحة" brand are reserved. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, without prior notice.
